You will be part of a professional services team delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics to improve outcomes and value for our clients. - Design, Develop, and Implement Salesforce Solutions - Develop and Maintain Integration Solutions Using MuleSoft - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Understand Business Needs - Design and Implement APIs and Middleware Solutions Responsibilities Include: - Implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, including customizations, workflows, and automation - Developing and maintaining integration solutions using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems - Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions - Designing and implementing APIs and middleware solutions to support data flow across systems - Performing troubleshooting and optimization of existing integrations and processes - Collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including APEX, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce - 3+ years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, RAML specifications, and connectors - Proficient in designing and developing RESTful and SOAP APIs - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities - Experience with Salesforce declarative tools, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Reports/Dashboards - Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools for deploying Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions Benefits: - Eligible employees can enroll in many benefit programs, including private medical plans, great compensation package, retirement savings plans, paid learning days, and flexible workplaces Join Our Team Our remote-first company is looking for the absolute best talent in the world.
