Drive business growth as a key player in the Private Equity team. As a Commercial Principal, you will lead a team of professionals and oversee all aspects of our service offerings to Private Equity clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial growth and increase market share within the Private Equity market. - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our service offerings and generate revenue growth. - Drive the development of innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of Private Equity clients and differentiate our offerings in the market. Cultivate Strong Client Relationships: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing Private Equity clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and identify ways to deliver added value through our services. - Regularly visit clients to build rapport, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Lead Business Development Efforts: - Lead the business development efforts within the Private Equity division, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral to attract new clients and promote our services effectively. - Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise our profile and generate new business leads.
