Job Description Sutherlandis seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as aProfessional Service Sales Executive for the NICE Actimize program. As a Services Sales Executive, you own the entire process ofservices engagement within the sales cycle related to licenseopportunities as well as any value expansion (extension) services. This includes selling the value of Actimize Professional Servicesearly in the sales cycle, responding to the services elements ofRFIs and RFPs, preparing proposals, working closely with Sales andProfessional Services to produce a Statement of Work (SOW),negotiating with clients to close Statements of Work (SOW), andsuccessfully managing a clean handover to the delivery team. TheProfessional Service Sales Executive performs a wide range ofduties including some or all the following: - Develop and execute acomprehensive sales strategy for the sale of professional services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders anddecision-makers within client organizations to understand theirbusiness challenges and offer tailored services. - Work closelywith product sales teams in North America to provide a cohesivesolution to clients, ensuring the integration of services andproducts aligns with customer needs. - Work and offer proposedsolutions and articulate their true value based upon customer’sstrategy and directions. - Develop effort estimates using anin-house developed estimating tool. - Lead the creation ofproposals and statements of work (SOW) using in-house developedtemplates, negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing to closedeals that meet client expectations and drive business growth. -Work with the service delivery teams to achieve early alignment inpreparation for delivery. - Assist the team in the creation,maintenance and distribution of Professional Services salesmaterials and templates. - Meet and exceed sales targets by sellingconsulting, implementation, and ongoing support services withinassigned portfolio of accounts. - Demonstrate a high level ofownership of services opportunities and maintain a continuouspipeline. - Provide accurate weekly forecasting. Qualifications -External Consulting or Professional Services experience as a vendorwith selling Services – A MUST - Financial services experience(banking, brokerage, or insurance) - A MUST - Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Comfort withinternal and external negotiation. - Able to convey the value ofservices as part of an overall solution sale. - Client facingmanner. - Ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment. -Strong sense of ownership for your work product - Team oriented -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment. - Excellent English communication skills (B2+ orhigher) Additional Information This is a Hybrid position in Bogotá,Colombia.
