Job Description: Design, develop, and execute strategic projects that strengthen Holafly’s positioning as a leading brand in the travel-tech sector. This person will identify opportunities for innovation and expansion, creating high-impact initiatives such as strategic collaborations, new visibility formats, and brand experiences. This is a key role to drive Holafly’s growth and relevance, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Project Development Identify and develop new positioning opportunities (podcasts, innovative sponsorships, strategic collaborations). Design and implement initiatives that strengthen Holafly’s positioning within the travel and tech ecosystem. Propose projects that reinforce Holafly’s narrative as an innovative and industry-leading brand. Innovation & Trend Analysis Monitor the market to identify new trends and opportunities to strengthen brand growth. Propose creative formats and new brand experiences that differentiate Holafly in the market. Coordination & Execution Collaborate with marketing, growth, and leadership teams to align initiatives with global objectives. Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met. Act as the primary point of contact between Holafly and collaborators involved in the projects. Prepare presentations and business cases to support proposals for senior management. Measurement & Impact Define key success indicators (KPIs) for each project and report results. Analyze the impact of initiatives and optimize future actions based on learnings. Requirements Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand development, strategic marketing, or managing collaborations. Proven experience leading projects independently and coordinating with external stakeholders. Strategic, creative, and results-driven mindset. Experience developing podcasts will be highly valued. Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of the travel or tech sector (preferred).
