As a Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded regarding product implementation, training and product support prior to go live. In addition, this role will focus on growing revenue from existing accounts and retention of existing clients. **Some of your responsibilities will be**: - Lead and support all aspects of customer implementations from start to finish. - Act as the primary contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities - Diagnosis, research and analyze customer issues and requests - Prioritizing and escalating issues when needed and keeping customers informed of progress. - Follow-up on completed tickets to make the customer is fully satisfied with the service they received. - Follow-up with new customers to ensure their needs are being met. **Requirements**: **What would help you to succeed**: - Technical degree in software development or technology related, or professionals in Technology related fields. - Experience working in technical support or customer service-related positions in software or apps. - Experience working on accompanying customers in software or app implementation - Desirable - Experience working as Customer Success Representative. - Desirable - Knowledge in software testing. **As part of our family, you´ll have access to**: - Competitive Salary + Benefits. - Undefined term contract - Working in a fun and challenging environment.
