Job Description The Change Management Specialist will lead and support organizational change initiatives by guiding employees and stakeholders through the change process. This role involves ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, technologies, or organizational structures while minimizing resistance and disruption. The Specialist will work closely with project managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate change for Lenovo’s customers as needed.
