Job Description We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams. You will work closely with our Customer Care team to resolve complex issues and ensure that our systems are running smoothly. You will be handling escalations, monitoring system health, and providing assistance to other teams as needed. You will also be responsible for escalating issues to our R&D; team when necessary and collecting all relevant information to assist in their investigation. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of technical expertise. You will be working in a dynamic environment and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of our technology platform.
