General Responsibilities: Coordinate, plan, or lead activities focused on project management services to support the delivery of routine to moderately complex outcomes, ensuring that project goals or objectives are met within defined scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. Provide support in tracking and resolving operational tasks and incidents related to information security. Coordinate with internal or external clients to implement security changes in production systems. Education and Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or fields related to project management. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a project management role, including all aspects of process development and execution. Required Knowledge and Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Ability to create and maintain clear and accurate documentation about systems and/or required information. Organizes information in a structured manner for different audiences, using various tools to develop manuals, user guides, reports, and technical specifications, facilitating knowledge transfer. Ability to apply a methodical approach to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. This includes requirements gathering, defining deliverable quality standards, estimating resources and timelines, developing and implementing a management plan, leading and motivating the team, managing risks and changes, tracking progress, budget management, stakeholder communication, and project follow-up and closure. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex deals, develop long-term business partnerships, and create mutually beneficial agreements. This involves identifying the interests of the other party, effectively communicating one's own interests, and finding common ground to reach win-win solutions. Demonstrates emotional intelligence in favor of successful negotiation. Proficiency in specialized platforms such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Jira, among others, used to efficiently plan, organize, and execute projects, coordinate teams, and monitor progress. Work Modality and Schedule: Hybrid modality, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Puerto Rico time).
