Main responsibilities: - Monitor order validation exceptions to ensure accuracy and processability. - Resolve issues related to order incompletion or system blocks based on business rules (products, customer segments). - Block orders for delivery or billing when necessary and follow up to remove blocks once issues are resolved, liaising with stakeholders (e.g., Distribution). - Monitor blocked orders, perform modifications upon stakeholder requests (e.g., delivery date or quantity changes), identify reasons, and document changes. - Coordinate with responsible teams to ensure proper stock allocation, manage exceptions, reschedule backorders, and investigate mitigation strategies to limit stockouts. - Ensure timely deliveries and invoicing, providing necessary shipment documentation. - Contribute to continuous improvement of order processing as directed by the Manager or Global Process Lead. About you - Experience: Prior experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, or Order to Cash roles. - Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, SAP, and Excel proficiency. - Languages: Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
