This role requires a blend of delivery excellence focus, client satisfaction, team building and development, IT services expertise, and strong management abilities to manage product delivery while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You'll be working with our international operation, interacting with LATAM clients daily. You will have English/Spanish interactions, so advanced or fluent proficiency is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Influence project decisions alongside the team; - Implement innovative solutions for projects to resolve internal issues or suggest solutions to clients; - Be the reference within the team for understanding business rules and establishing a sense of purpose among team members; - Enable the team to understand and apply process in their daily work; - Influence the team and ensure monitoring/execution of improvement points with each delivery cycle; - Assist in coaching clients when necessary (e.g., mobilization for rituals and their importance, use of Jira, documentation, and how to monitor blocks, metrics, and general status).
