Also, is able to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment being part of the evolution of the local market in digital advertising vision and to accompany the fulfillment of the business objectives. With a data-driven sales approach, the Ad Sales Executive acts as a trusted advisor to our clients. **What you will do** - Sell display advertising, audio formats, video formats, content to grow advertising revenue by creating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with media agencies and clients directly. - Focus on a data-driven approach, educating and inspiring our clients to use Spotify to support their marketing objectives. - Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility - Establish plan to achieve sales objectives and develop tactics for channel expansion (podcasts, streaming) - Meet and exceed advertising revenue goals - Develop new client portfolio - Develop retention strategies for verticals assigned and education agenda **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or related field. - Fluency in both verbal and written English and Spanish - Client relationship management experience and proven consultative selling experience - Online and offline media knowledge and experience. - Strong negotiation skills, the ability to present effectively to close deals - Ability to build a pipeline and proven track record of exceeding goals - Dexterity and knowledge in Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint to create reports and presentations. - Experience with a data-driven sales process, including reporting & forecasting. - Ability to drive results and collaborate with customers, creating relationships across many levels of a client, understanding their business objectives.
