As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic brand plans. - Responsibilities: - Develop and execute local brand strategies with the support of cross-functional teams. - Ensure alignment with regional and global priorities, while adapting initiatives to meet local market needs. - Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including the Sector Marketing team, Market Unit Leader, Commercial Market Unit teams, and global functions such as R&D; and Finance. - Drive excellence in the execution of regional and local initiatives by incorporating high-quality insights from consumers, customers, and channels. - Navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on achieving business results. Qualifications: - Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related field. - Minimum 1-2 years of business experience within Marketing and/or Trade Marketing positions. - Strong analytical skills. - Knowledge of the consumer goods industry in Colombia, consumers, shoppers, customers, channels. - Displays a robust set of personal values and ethics behaviors. - Fluent in English & Spanish.
