Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Data Analyst to join our Business Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing analytical requirements, providing insights to support business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic recommendations. This is a remote position that requires occasional visits to the office for meetings or events. Key Responsibilities - Develop in-depth data analysis to uncover actionable insights and influence decision-making. - Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using advanced BI tools. - Design and implement end-to-end data solutions, including enterprise views, dashboards, and reports. - Perform large-scale data analysis and develop models for segmentation, classification, and customer behavior analysis. Required Skills and Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a technical role within a corporate setting. - Proficiency in SQL; experience with large datasets and AWS/Redshift preferred. - Expertise with data visualization and BI tools like Tableau or Google Analytics. - Strong communication skills to explain complex analyses and support conclusions visually. - Ability to collaborate across teams in various time zones, navigating technical and business discussions.
