Duties and Responsibilities - Client Account Management : Interact with insurance companies, address inquiries, and update patient accounts. - Data Entry : Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial and insurance data. - Policy Verification : Validate patient insurance coverage details and document transactions. - Billing and Payment Tracking : Process and monitor payments, ensuring accurate records. - Monthly Reporting : Prepare requested reports for internal and client review. - Compliance : Uphold data security and adhere to confidentiality standards. - Internal Support : Address system tickets and assist in problem resolution. Skills and Qualifications - Experience : Prior accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or insurance. - Technical Skills : Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Reporting : Experience with P&L; and other financial reports. - Analytical Thinking : Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Communication : Fluent in English (B2 or higher), with excellent written and verbal skills. - Proactive and Flexible : Ability to adapt to different scenarios and act independently.
