Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist Horatio is looking for a seasoned professional to oversee all aspects of employee training. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building, testing, and implementing training programs from scratch. 1. Develop comprehensive learning strategies that align with business objectives, identify training needs through performance reviews and skills gap analyses, and design curricula to optimize performance. 2. Plan, implement, and manage client training programs, including the creation of group and individual learning courses, workshops, simulations, e-learning, and coaching sessions. 3. Evaluate the results of learning courses, recommend new training methods, and establish a culture of continuous learning through mentorship programs. Requirements: - Advanced English proficiency is required, along with 5+ years of experience as a Training Director or similar role. - In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods, including project management and budgeting expertise. - Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
