As an Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing the sales team leads and sales representatives. The team leads the renewal sales motion of maintenance support contracts and identifies up-sell opportunities from our established customer base & will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets through outbound outreach to leads, pitching the value proposition of our products to increase business adoption, and maintaining and growing those clients. Will also be responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth for the organization. Main Responsabilities: - Manage a sales team that is responsible for driving renewals of software licenses. Drive client revenue targets. - Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization. - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols. - Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity. - Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed. - Track and maintain attendance to ensure sales targets are met. Punctuality is a key requirement. - Present a positive, effective, and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives. - Lead team meetings/huddles. - Manage escalations and root cause analysis (RCA). - Ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met. - Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports, and suggest improvements. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. - Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products. - Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement. Required Skills: - 3+ years software selling experience, Upcoming renewals, late renewals, future renewals tied to new contracts - Proven inside sales experience - Sales team Management experience of minimum 5 years is a must - Advanced/Bilingual English level - Successful track record working closely with sales leadership and guiding sales teams to effectively sell a solution with a different selling motion and value proposition. - Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills. - Highly proficient computer skills including MS Office and Salesforce - Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business Preferred Skills: - Relevant software industry experience in any of the following: IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics. - Use CRM systems extensively (Preferably Salesforce). - Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with an ability to ramp up quickly - Preferred experience working in SaaS/ Virtual software model for US territory. - Proactively communicate to clients on progress and proactively identify areas where teh process and strategies need improvement
