Key Role in Future Growth: This Finance Controller will play a vital part in the company's future growth. The ideal candidate will have the ability to update and develop financial policies, ensuring they meet or exceed corporate goals. The Role - Reports directly to LATAM Controller Responsibilities: - Coordinate and direct statutory and US GAAP monthly reporting - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements - Liaise with Business Finance unit during preparation of monthly and quarterly supplementary reports and annual budgets - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition - Coordinate regulatory reporting - Research technical accounting issues for compliance - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Manage local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Requirements: - Advanced / Fluent in English language - 10+ years of combined accounting and finance experience - Advanced degree in Accounting - CPA or CMA preferred - Excellent stakeholder management skills and leadership qualities - Ability to handle multiple projects in a changing environment Benefits: - Opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry - Collaborative team environment - Professional development opportunities Bogotá, CO
