IT Support Role The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering top-notch technical support and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless IT operations. - Job Description: This role involves troubleshooting and resolving various IT issues, working closely with our internal customers to provide impactful and educational interactions. - Key Responsibilities: 1. Resolve 100+ tickets on a weekly basis within an average SLA of 30 minutes to 1 hour. 2. Assist employees remotely via written correspondence, video calls, and telecommunications. 3. Document troubleshooting and analysis of issues in a timely and concise manner. 4. Be a subject matter expert for existing and new SaaS services and integrations, ensuring system security standards are met. 5. Assist with employee lifecycle and access management while upholding identity federation and compliance best practices. About You: - A High School Diploma or equivalent experience. - Experience in high-paced environments with independent workflows. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Extensive expertise in MacOS and Windows operating systems, including software and hardware issue troubleshooting. - Basic understanding of networking concepts and network troubleshooting workflows. - Proficient in implementing Identity Access Management solutions, including secure password and MFA policies. - Experience with SaaS applications such as GSuite, Okta, and Atlassian Cloud.
