The company has sales offices and agents in over 100 markets worldwide. **Agfa HealthCare is currently looking for a talented and experienced On-site Service Engineer in Medellin, Colombia** **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Practical support to end users (training - Demo - Samples), in addition, this role also would be involved with technical matters and would be responsible for showing to the final customer the new functionalities included on the new versions of the systems - Be involved on the daily basis workflow at the customer site - On-site support to the RIS/PACS information system - Integration support and implementation (HL7, FHIR, Webservices) - Provide continuous training to system users - Design of new workflows for new departments - Creation of Business Intelligence reports and KPIs - Solve technical requirements - Perform preventive maintenance to the diagnostic workstations - Support customer´s investigation initiatives **Education**: - Biomedical or System Engineer **Experience**: - Two years experience in Healthcare IT **Languages**: - Good level of English and Spanish **Technical skills**: - Experience or knowledge of RIS/PACS systems, DICOM, HL7 is required. Healthcare experience is mandatory. **Soft skills**: - Excellent communications skills - Work under pressure, proactive, goal oriented, rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities. - Customer service skills, including the demonstrated ability to work constructively with both internal and external client groups. - Customer focused.
