Job Overview We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to work closely with our customers globally. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to develop solutions to business problems and provide a strong technical understanding of the Coupa platform. Key Responsibilities: - Develop standard processes within areas of expertise and champion their adoption. - Manage customer engagement using strong project management practices. - Take ownership of customer success by ensuring accurate adoption of the platform. - Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions. - Provide a strong technical understanding of the Coupa platform and how it may be configured to meet customer business needs. Requirements: - Proven experience in Procurement, Source to Contract or Category Management. - Experience with Software as a Service is a must. - Good background in customer/client management. - Strong communication skills including professional writing skills and verbal skills. - Strong organizational skills analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
