About the Role We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and develop strong client relationships in the Andean region and Central America. As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue by directly selling fraud prevention solutions to customers (B2B), employing a hunter approach for both acquiring new clients and developing existing ones. - Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure an integrated approach to customer care and market needs. - Work closely with other Business Development Managers to help them sell fraud solutions from the portfolio. - Develop strategies for finding new clients, including making calls and setting up meetings. - Support both the Andean region and Central America, excluding the Caribbean. - Utilize tools and methods for prospecting new clients and managing client relationships. - Sell complex solutions related to fraud, requiring a strong commercial background and understanding of technology and data. - Travel up to 30-40% of the time for client meetings and business development activities. Responsibilities Include: - Ensuring the customer experience in terms of quantity and quality of contact is in line with agreed targets and creates competitive separation. - Working closely with market planning and product development teams to maximize new business opportunities within geographic/industry sector markets. - Staying up to date with market and competitive developments, such as fraud prevention trends, major regulatory changes, and new product offerings. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have: - A successful sales/account management track record (+5 years) in Fraud Prevention solutions, preferred, within a B2B environment. - Proficiency in English. - Based in Colombia (Home-Based). - Expertise in building and maintaining client relationships, particularly with financial institutions (banks, insurance, and FinTech). - A proven record of success experience in LATAM (desired). - Willingness to travel (+30%) based on location. - Experience using various tools for client prospecting and relationship management.
