Higher Education Transformation Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Higher Education Transformation Specialist to support our transformative initiative in higher education. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to implement projects, track performance, and align with our organization's goals and the UN 2030 Agenda. Job Description: - Programme and Project Contribution: Support project implementation, prepare reports, project proposals, and situational analyses using our monitoring tools. - Research and Knowledge Management: Conduct research, draft inputs for publications, project documents, and policy proposals, analyze educational trends and best practices to inform programming. - Partnerships and Outreach: Identify and analyze opportunities for partnerships and resource mobilization, support collaborative activities with other agencies and education stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Advanced University Degree: In education, social sciences, educational technology, international development, or a related field. - Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in higher education or teacher training, at least 1 year of international-level experience preferred. - Skills: Familiarity with innovative pedagogical models, hybrid learning, and educational technologies, strong coordination and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
