Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: - Assume responsibility for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. - Make outbound calls to suspended customers with open accounts receivable. - Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external parties. - Process high volumes of invoice write-offs accurately. - Respond promptly to email requests from internal and external customers. Accountability Metrics: - Customer satisfaction ratings - Resolution rate of customer inquiries - Accuracy of invoice write-offs - Timely response rates to customer emails Requirements: Education and Experience: - Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred) - Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role - Demonstrated financial skills and knowledge - Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Excellent verbal, written, and listening English skills Personal Qualities: - Ability to manage competing priorities effectively - Accurate and detail-oriented - Logical and mathematical skills for analyzing large client data Why Choose Genpact?
