Are you looking for a challenging role that combines project management with property improvement? This opportunity will see you working on projects across a variety of brands, writing high-quality Property Improvement Plans and managing hotel construction processes. Responsibilities - Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement and develop detailed reports. - Oversee construction processes from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met and standards are adhered to. - Provide guidance to owners and development partners on Hilton brand standards and connect them with the CALA network. - Perform regular site visits to verify progress and compliance with Hilton's standards. Requirements - A minimum of 4 years' experience in Hospitality Architecture, Design, Engineering or Construction. - Experience in multicultural or international settings is highly desirable. - Knowledge of local building codes and NFPA Fire Life Safety codes is essential. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and AutoCAD. - Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is an asset. - Ability to travel frequently, potentially up to 50% of the time. Preferred Skills - Successful delivery of projects is essential. - Experience working with international hotel groups would be beneficial. - Managerial or supervisory experience is preferred.
