Job Title: Senior Salesforce Field Service Lightning Business Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional with deep knowledge and experience in Field Service Lightning to join our team. The role of the Business Consultant is for individuals passionate about identifying and delivering the right business solution for each client. Our consultants have a keen business orientation with an understanding of how technology can be effectively applied to meet a variety of business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the business analysis efforts for Salesforce Field Service Lightning projects, gathering and documenting detailed requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and optimize Salesforce functionalities. - Work with project teams to implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Act as the key point of contact between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and effective solution delivery. - Guide the configuration of Salesforce Field Service Lightning features such as Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, and the Dispatcher Console. - Conduct data analysis and assist in data migration strategies. - Develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment efforts. - Stay up to date with Salesforce and Field Service Lightning product updates, best practices, and industry trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Detail-oriented business analyst with foundational to intermediate experience in Salesforce. - Skilled in gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and documenting functional needs. - Good to have experience working with Field Service Lightning (FSL), with a basic understanding of the business processes and data involved in field service operations. - Demonstrates good knowledge of core Salesforce functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, basic automation tools like Flows and Validation Rules). - Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities, supporting end-user needs, and ensuring system solutions align with business goals. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
