Executive Support Professional We are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to provide executive support in our organization. Key Responsibilities - Manage complex calendars and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. - Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up tasks to maintain high-level productivity. - Support cross-functional coordination to ensure timely completion of projects. - Monitor and manage email, message, and task flow for executives, ensuring timely responses and resolving issues promptly. - Draft professional correspondence and follow-up communications to maintain strong relationships. - Track and follow up on outstanding deliverables from stakeholders to ensure project progress. - Schedule travel, appointments, and handle logistics to minimize disruptions. - Process payments and manage online accounts to maintain financial accuracy. - Assist with events, reservations, and occasional family coordination tasks to provide comprehensive support. - Track internal goals, OKRs, and tasks using project management tools to maintain visibility and accountability. - Assist with documentation and streamlining of recurring workflows to enhance operational efficiency. - Build dashboards and summaries for executive visibility to inform decision-making. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a remote capacity. - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Asana, and related tools. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. - Available during business hours in the US Central Time zone.
