Business Intelligence Manager Job Description The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for developing and disseminating market information and competitive intelligence to drive critical business decisions. This role involves refining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business and support areas, contributing to team efforts to develop better insights into drivers, challenges, milestones, and other business and market factors. - Develop proactive and ad-hoc analyses, identifying additional insights from trends that impact the business. - Communicate new operational levers that can improve the business. - Apply knowledge of innovation and collaboration capabilities to develop new business models handling different markets as countries and find the way to replicate good practices according needs. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or Healthcare related fields. - 5 years of experience in financial, marketing, commercial, and/or sales in the industry. - Advanced level of English proficiency. - Strong analysis, synthesis skills, and ability to draw insights from research and analytics. - Effective communication skills.
