This is a remote position. Atlantic Talent Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth within the CFD industry across the Colombian market. In this remote position, you’ll play a key role in identifying expansion opportunities, building high-impact relationships, and enhancing partner engagement to support long-term business development goals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing, sales, and client relations teams to ensure exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Opportunity Development - Identify new business opportunities and strategic entry points within the CFD industry. - Leverage market insights to develop scalable growth strategies. 2. Relationship Management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and partners. - Actively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued loyalty. 3. Sales Pipeline Growth - Develop and nurture a healthy pipeline by expanding the IB portfolio using both personal networks and industry outreach. - Meet and exceed set monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4. Competitive Intelligence - Conduct periodic market and competitor analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities. - Translate findings into actionable business strategies. 5. Partner Support & Troubleshooting - Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries or issues. - Work closely with internal teams to resolve challenges efficiently. What Success Looks Like - Achievement of sales targets and expansion KPIs. - High partner satisfaction and retention rates. - Increased market penetration through strategic IB acquisition. - Consistent presence and engagement in industry events, seminars, and networking sessions. Requirements Experience & Education - Minimum of 3 years in business development within the CFD or financial services industry. - Demonstrated success in managing IB and partner networks. - Diploma or degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field. - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Core Competencies - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Fluent in Spanish with professional English proficiency. - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems independently. Additional Details - This is a full-time remote position based in Colombia. - Occasional travel within the country (up to 10%). - Candidates must have access to a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
