Position : Project Manager Work Hours (Client) : 8am - 5pm CST Pay Range : $1500 - $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level) Location of Search : Latin America Work Location : REMOTE Duties and Responsibilities: We’re hiring a full-time offshore resource to serve as my Executive Assistant and Special Projects Manager at the company. This is a high-impact role for someone who is highly organized, fluent in Spanish, and skilled at managing projects, operations, and financial analysis . Long-term, this person will help lead a growing team and play a key role in scaling the business. This individual will work directly with me to organize and execute initiatives across departments—operations, recruiting, finance, marketing, and clinical care. They will be the engine behind our execution and must be excellent at pushing projects across the finish line. Over time, they’ll take ownership of managing other offshore or in-house team members. Executive Support Calendar management, meeting coordination, follow-ups Draft internal documents, decks, and communications Organize workflows using Google Workspace, ClickUp, etc. Special Projects Oversee expansion of Unit 14 and Unit 14B – construction, setup, and operations coordination Recruiting: source, screen, and interview candidates (especially nurse practitioners and admin staff) Marketing: support campaigns, branding, and lead tracking HR: assist with onboarding, policy review, and internal process development Finance: Track budgets and project spend Compare current vs future service lines (e.g., internal medicine, CCM, behavioral health) Build and update financial models in Excel Analyze ROI and support reporting Operations (Between Projects) Call or message patients to confirm visits and improve schedule adherence Ensure timely and appropriate patient-provider matching Support prior authorizations and insurance coordination Minimum Requirements: Language requirement: Excellent English & Spanish Communication Skills (Bi-lingual is a must have) Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally) Experience: 3+ years of related experience Industry: Medical-related industry Fluent in both English and Spanish Proven Project Management Experience Able to wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment Exceptionally organized , accountable, and proactive Strong Excel skills – able to model, track, and compare revenue and cost data Strong communicator, both written and verbal Comfortable working full-time U.S. Central Time hours Comfortable handling candidate recruitment tasks Bonus Experience (not required) Experience with Athena EMR Familiarity with medical coding Experience in internal medicine, chronic care management, or behavioral health Knowledge of telehealth workflows Prior experience managing remote staff or project teams
