"> About the Role: "> - You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers and influencing purchasing decisions. - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. - Provide expert-level knowledge of Human Capital Management software (HCM) offerings, including workplace learning, talent assessments, workforce development, and people analytics. - Maintain accurate CRM data around opportunities, sales activities, and revenue projections. - Cultivate positive external relationships on behalf of the company. - Exemplify the company's values and promote brand positioning throughout your identified market. - Mentor, coach, and support other sales representatives in pursuit of the company's overall success. "> Requirements: "> - 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role, with demonstrable success in selling complex SaaS solutions into HR, Talent, Learning, and Technology executives in Enterprise organizations. - A passion and knowledge for Learning, Data Analytics, and AI technologies. - A growth mindset, with a passion for investigating, developing relationships, and winning deals with high-value new business opportunities. - Experience selling both direct and via partner ecosystems.
