Who we are looking for As a Customer Support Induction Team Leader you will be contributing to the continued growth of the Customer Support Induction department. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of the policies and procedures relating to Customer Support Induction and wider operational teams, motivation to manage and develop instructors, and will demonstrate enthusiasm to guide and support the trainees through the stages of their Induction training. A basic knowledge of the Customer Support and Customer Support Induction processes and procedures, as well as English/Portuguese fluency is preferable but not essential. The position is full time and the successful applicant will be required to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:30. Preparing and delivering coaching and feedback sessions, creating SMART PDPs for instructors. Conducting regular live observations and meetings with trainees to check progress, understanding individual needs and performance. Conducting performance and sign off assessments with trainees at key points in the training programme.
