Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Digital Media Analyst to manage campaign planning processes, support ad operations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in digital advertising operations, and the ability to ensure the complete execution of a media campaign while providing detailed reports on the results, identifying optimization windows and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop projects, strategies, and campaigns for various business units. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure correct campaign implementation and performance. - Oversee day-to-day campaign monitoring from planning, implementation, optimization, and closure, including results reports and presentations. - Traffic digital ad campaigns across platforms, maintaining updated assets planning and post-buy files. - Troubleshoot any issues related to ad delivery, ensuring minimal disruption for campaign performance. - Create data visualization dashboards for stakeholders using analytics and reporting tools. - Reconcile discrepancies between planned and actual spend, resolving any issues promptly. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in media analysis, ad operations, or a related role. - Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and ad trafficking processes. - Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software. - Experience with advertising management tools like Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Ibope, Comscore, etc. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for growth marketing campaigns. - English language proficiency required. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
