As a Supervisor you will oversee all specialists' activities within their companies (operations, back-office, and sales), observing and analyzing their performance, their proficiency, and their progress in their goals, responding to the needs of stakeholders to optimize their workforce and accelerate their growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Analyze the performance of the accelerators through compliance reports based on the needs of each account delivering quality results. - Guide accelerators within daily activities, to respond to their concerns to give them the tools to complete their tasks efficiently. - Identify and support the training and coaching needs of accelerators to facilitate the development of their job skills. **Requirements**: - Bachelors Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, commercial or logistics related. - 1+ years of experience in a Supervisor role with US-based companies. - Knowledge in US Logistics & Transportation is desirable. - C1 English proficiency. - Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm Including Colombian Holidays.
