**Main Duties and Responsibilities**: **Pre-Sales** - Conduct quality product training and technical guidance to customers to resolve technical problems - Build a quality relationship with customers and managers - Provide in-house technical support to sales staff - Leading the design of the program for the customer - Constantly collect and feedback on customers and the market’s demand for the company’s products **After-Sales** - After-sales technical support (training, maintenance, hands-on repair, remote support) - Feedback on product-related issues to research and development personnel for improvement - Summarize issues and organize them into technical questions on reporting - Develop and produce quality guidelines materials as per customer requirement **Non-Technical Requirements**: - Good written and spoken communication skills. - Support focus mind, capable to solve/simplify customer challenges. - Willing to learn and patience when dealing with tight timelines. - Good analytic thinking and ability to solve technical problems. - Be friendly, energetic and passionate independently. **Job Requirement**: - Technical competency in android POS or any relevant experience will be a bonus. - Must understand coding logic.
