Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years of Fusion expertise and relevant HCM domain knowledge in Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or JD Edwards. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM version 24+ capabilities, with hands-on functional/product experience, L3 support experience, or equivalent knowledge. Bilingual Requirement: Spanish and English Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service support, diagnose, replicate, and resolve complex functional issues. - Support both implementation and support projects within Oracle Cloud HCM Suite Applications. - Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, facilitate functional workshops, prepare design and setup documentation, configure systems, develop business test scenarios, and collaborate with technical teams on CEMI/RICE objects. - Provide post-go-live support including incident tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical cases. - Engage directly with customers to advise on complex Oracle product usage, resolve mission-critical issues, and serve as Situation Manager for sensitive issues. - Mentor team members and contribute to Knowledge Articles. Required Skills: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud implementation and support. - Participation in 5+ Oracle HCM Cloud projects, including at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional Lead or SME across 3 modules. - Hands-on experience with Cloud HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, ORC, Talent, Absence, T&L;, Work Compensation, L&D.; - Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and ability to relate product functionality to business scenarios. - Proficiency in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows. - Excellent problem-solving skills and customer interaction abilities. - Strong operational, team collaboration, and innovation skills.
