As our new Head of Affiliate and Partnership, you will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy, leveraging platforms like Awin and Rakuten. Your mission is to drive significant customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth through strategic affiliate collaborations and partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Affiliate Strategy Development & Execution: Define and implement an affiliate marketing strategy aligned with Impress's business objectives, utilizing platforms such as Awin, Rakuten, and others. - Affiliate Partner Identification & Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant affiliate partners, including publishers, bloggers, employee benefits, and comparison sites, through various channels and affiliate networks. - Affiliate Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our presence on affiliate platforms, including campaign setup, tracking, and reporting. - Partnership Identification & Acquisition: Research and prioritize potential strategic business partners that can drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. - Onboarding & Relationship Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliate and non-influencer partners and cultivate strong, long-term relationships to ensure mutual success. - Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for affiliate and partnership activities, track performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. - Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and other terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. - Marketing & Communication: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials, creatives, and communication strategies for affiliate and other non-influencer partners. - Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all affiliate and partnership activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, providing regular performance reports to stakeholders. Requirements: - Proven experience (6+ years) in managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs, with hands-on experience using platforms like Awin, Rakuten, etc. - Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, tracking technologies within affiliate platforms, and performance metrics specific to affiliate marketing. - Experience in identifying and establishing other types of strategic partnerships (excluding direct influencer management). - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from affiliate platforms and make data-driven decisions. - Experience managing campaigns and reporting within affiliate marketing platforms and CRM systems. - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
