As a Senior Financial Analyst within our Finance Operations Team, you’ll provide controlling support to local Business Units, including preparing budgets and forecasts (Budget / F1 / F2 / Quarterly Landings / Rolling Forecast), monthly closings (sales & expense reviews, scorecards), project approval and tracking, and other financial planning & analysis activities in a timely manner. Main responsibilities: Responsible for operational controlling activities for sales/gross to net and/or operating expenses. Partner closely with Finance Business Partners across GBUs to provide cohesive support to Business Leaders. Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and share results with Finance Business Partners and Budget Owners. Prepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and budgets or forecasts. Assist business owners in executing the budgeted plan, including tracking actuals, project approvals, and providing guidance. Develop Opex and headcount forecasts in partnership with FBPs and Budget Owners. Identify risks and opportunities affecting forecasts. Track headcount monthly and compare to budgeted and forecasted vacancy rates, including trend analysis. Monitor all assumptions built into budgets and forecasts. About you Experience: 3+ years of diversified financial controlling experience. Skills: Strong partnership building, influencing skills, high attention to detail, ability to operate under pressure, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
