We are eStoreLabs, a data-driven eCommerce powerhouse with strategic advisory capabilities. Role Description - Creating and optimising Brand Store for our clients to enhance their online presence. - Designing store architecture (home page, subpages, categories) that resonates with customers. - Implementing and updating layouts in Amazon Store Builder to meet the brand's needs. - Selecting and uploading content: banners, lifestyle photos, descriptions, videos, CTAs that engage users. - Implementing A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of different page layouts, messages, product collections. - Strategy and performance analysis to drive business growth. - Preparing a Brand Store strategy in terms of UX, storytelling, and sales to increase conversions. - Monitoring results (Store Insights, Brand Analytics) to inform data-driven decisions. - Data-driven optimisation using heatmaps, clicks, user paths to improve user experience. - Proposals for improvements to increase CTR, conversion, and time spent on the site through targeted content strategies. - Proofreading and checking content accuracy and SEO recommendations to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborating with creatives and briefing graphic designers and copywriters to develop cohesive brand messaging. Requirements - Proven experience in eRetail, specifically in Amazon Brand Stores. - Strong knowledge of Amazon Store Builder and Brand Analytics. - Experience working with Amazon in the Seller or Vendor model. - Practical knowledge of UX, e-commerce design, and conversion principles. - Experience optimising visual and written content for e-retailers. - Knowledge of PIM tools such as Salsify. - Good analytical and project management skills. - Team player with excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of SEO practices for eRetailers and tools like Helium10/ Jonugle Scout. - Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. - Attention to Detail. - Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas. - Advanced English Level - at least C1+.
