Housekeeping Attendant Job Description The primary goal of this role is to deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing efficient and effective housekeeping and laundry services. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining high standards in housekeeping and laundry as per hotel brand standards - Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork - Providing excellent guest service - Assisting with room availability and release in coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervision - Managing departmental controls such as employee scheduling, key control, incident logging, and linen and uniform management - Checking guest information in CRM to meet preferences and requests timely - Requesting flowers and special linen embroidery for occasions like weddings, maternity, or memorials - Managing monthly Lost and Found items and donations - Checking and coordinating the cleaning or repair of uniforms - Controlling document and personnel traffic within the department, including daily linen release and laundry operations - Handling daily guest clothing releases for laundry service - Closing monthly laundry expenses and provisions - Replacing the Laundry Attendant during absences or days off Required Skills and Qualifications: - Planning and organizational skills - Good oral and written communication skills - Previous laundry experience - Strong interpersonal skills - Intermediate proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office - High commitment to customer service - Excellent cleanliness standards Benefits: Hilton offers a range of accommodations from luxury hotels to extended-stay suites, providing exceptional service, amenities, and value to travelers worldwide.
