Department: Quality Assurance / Customer ExperienceYour Mission as Quality Supervisor: As our Quality Supervisor,you’ll lead the daily operations of the quality assurance team,ensuring all processes and products meet high-quality standards.You’ll work closely with the Quality Manager and cross-functionalteams to drive continuous improvement and enhance customersatisfaction. - Supervise and coordinate the QA team, ensuringprocedures and standards are followed. - Conduct performancereviews, set clear goals, and provide ongoing feedback. - Train,mentor, and develop quality analysts to reach their full potential.- Conduct regular and ad hoc audits to ensure compliance withclient requirements and internal standards. - Document auditresults and lead corrective actions to address issues. QualityMonitoring: - Track key QA metrics and provide regular performancereports to management. - Identify trends and improvementopportunities, and drive solutions with the team. - Partner withOperations, Training, and Client Services to maintain consistentquality standards. - Join cross-functional meetings to addressquality issues and build improvement strategies. - Support theQuality Manager in the implementation of quality improvementinitiatives. - Lead root cause analysis and develop sustainableaction plans. - Maintain accurate records of audits, findings,corrective actions, and KPIs. - Ensure all QA activities align withregulatory requirements and client expectations. What We’re LookingFor: 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst or similarquality role. Hands-on experience supporting or leading QAinitiatives, calibrations, or process improvements. Previousexposure to leadership (acting, interim, or OJT roles). Strongunderstanding of QA metrics, audit workflows, and customerexperience standards. Ability to coach, mentor, and providefeedback to frontline teams. Excellent communication,documentation, and analytical skills.
