Lead PPC Team Leader Kinetic Digital, a dynamic marketing company with several prominent online casino brands in key regulated countries such as the UK, Spain, and Canada, is seeking an experienced PPC Team leader to oversee and lead our team of Google Ads specialists in the Philippines. The PPC Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding the team remotely, ensuring the successful execution of strategies, optimizing budget allocation, and driving performance improvements. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of PPC and Google Ads specifically. Responsibilities: - Manage a team of experienced Google Ads professionals, overseeing high budgets across multiple accounts. - Oversight of the team's activities, providing professional insights and recommendations, and supporting them in achieving their goals. - Communication with management, delivering comprehensive summaries and performance reports. - Evaluation of account performance and identification of areas for improvement. - Collaboration with our dedicated team at Google to leverage their expertise. - Development and refinement of processes to enhance account management, testing, and overall team efficiency. - Suggestion of innovative ideas, strategies, and technologies. - Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and best practices, sharing them with the team. Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing a PPC team with a strong focus on Google Ads. - At least 8 years' experience managing Google Ads accounts. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. - Proven expertise in managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns (€500k+ monthly spend), preferably across multiple accounts. - Experience in running app campaigns on Google Ads. - Strong analytical skills, proficient in Google Analytics and other measurement tools. - Communicative and able to summarize information efficiently. - Native-level proficiency in Spanish. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. - Creative mindset, able to provide constructive feedback to creative teams. - Familiarity with other PPC platforms (Facebook, Bing) is beneficial. - Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in the online gambling industry – advantageous.
