Business Development Role We are seeking a skilled business development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the LATAM market, leveraging their Spanish language skills to build relationships with potential clients and manage partners. Main Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals. - Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the LATAM region. About You: - You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in SAAS, preferably in the LATAM market or with Spanish-speaking clients. - You are fluent in Spanish (native or near-native level) both speaking/writing and have excellent English communication skills. - Your experience working with Telcos/CPaaS companies is a plus.
