The Role The Amazon Marketplace Manager will oversee all aspects of our Amazon sales channel. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Amazon's algorithms and ecosystem, including Seller Central, advertising, SEO, and fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to increase sales, enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates by creating optimized listings, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring operational excellence on Amazon. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Strategy & Management Create and execute strategies for product listings, pricing, promotions, and advertising on Amazon. Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities. Product Listing Creation & Management Direct creative team to produce images that maximize CTR and CVR. Optimize sales copy with relevant keywords and compelling descriptions to improve search visibility and conversions. Implement A/B testing to enhance conversion rates. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines for listings. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure stock levels, timely replenishment, and demand forecasting. Address logistics or fulfillment issues promptly. Monitor inventory metrics to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and KPIs to identify improvements. Generate weekly performance reports for stakeholders. Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, CVR, and ACOS. Advertising and Promotions Manage Amazon PPC campaigns to increase visibility and sales. Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and deals to stimulate demand. Implement strategies to send external traffic from social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram to Amazon listings. Customer Engagement Monitor reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation. Ensure customer service excellence, address product defects, and align advertising content with customer expectations. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams for alignment. Coordinate new product launches and market expansions on Amazon. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance marketplace strategy. Amazon Compliance Stay updated on policy changes and marketplace trends to ensure compliance. Participate in training and professional development. Requirements Who are you? Experience: 3-5 years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. Proven track record of driving sales and performance improvements on Amazon. Experience with Amazon advertising platforms and tools. Experience sending external traffic to Amazon listings is preferred. Skills: Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and advertising. Strong analytical skills with data reporting proficiency. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Proficiency with e-commerce tools; experience with third-party management software is a plus. Attributes: Strategic thinker with execution ability. Self-motivated and results-driven.
