iLearn Analyst Role We are seeking a talented iLearn Analyst to join our People Services Tech Solutions team at Sanofi. About the Job The iLearn Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the different Learning Institutes and Business Units within Sanofi, driving transformation and innovation across our organization. Main Responsibilities: - Perform iLearn administration activities to support local requestors, including creating and re-versioning learning objects, managing user profiles, and ensuring alignment with global iLearn Services Operations team. - Support local requestors in operating their learning offer in iLearn, including learning assignments, registration, and completion management. - Contribute to process and service improvement and evolution for their perimeter, participating in regular coordination meetings and training update sessions. - Create and maintain specific learning objects such as Online Courses, On the Job Training, and training curricula. - Manage reporting and provide insights to stakeholders. About You - Experience: Previous experience related to training administration is required. - Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work independently. - Technical Skills: Experience/ability to work with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is essential. - Languages: Advanced English level is required, with Portuguese being desirable.
