We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our amazing customer service team! You will be representing a pet pharmacy company, animal lovers encouraged to apply! The representative will handle inbound inquiries via phone assisting customers by answering general questions and resolving problems and clarifying issues. You will be researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved issues. We are looking for self-motivated reps that can portray a positive and cheerful personality on the phone where the main focus will be in providing excellent customer care! Skills and Specifications: You must have a strong phone presence and communicate clearly and with confidence in order to excel in this position. Bilingual (English and Spanish) a must! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Articulate and professional with the ability to multi-task Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered Customer service experience either face to face or on the phone Experience with call centers a plus Ability to type at least 35 WPM with 0 errors Ability to work independently researching information via the software provided. Customer service a plus! Outstanding spelling, grammar, and communication skills a must!
