Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support roles, particularly within FinTech, SaaS, Financial Management, or Accounts Payables sectors. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for this position. - Responsibilities: - Take ownership of technical issues escalated by the Onboarding Managers, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams. - Lead internal escalations with Engineering and Product teams to ensure timely responses and appropriate actions. - Provide expert technical support on Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement, and Expenses-related issues. - Diagnose and troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues, including integrations with other systems. - Work closely with team leadership to identify emerging issues before they become widespread. - Maintain internal documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in technical support roles, particularly within FinTech, SaaS, Financial Management, or Accounts Payables sectors. - Database and Troubleshooting Experience: Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, and MongoDB for troubleshooting. - API Integration Experience: Experience troubleshooting API integrations and familiarity with tools like Postman is an advantage. - Workflow Understanding and Communication: Ability to understand complex workflows and effectively communicate solutions. - Global and Remote Collaboration: Experience working with remote team members across different time zones. - Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities with a strong customer-centric mindset. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear explanations.
