Job Title: Business Analyst - Revenue Operations The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of our business environment and be able to engage with key stakeholders, act as an internal consulting partner, and drive quality and revenue assurance programs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a thorough understanding of our business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Engage with key stakeholders, including sales, finance, and controllership teams, to understand their pain points and develop solutions. - Drive quality and revenue assurance programs to ensure compliance and prevent revenue risks. - Become a process SME in the centralized team and institute quality checks across the business operations lifecycle. - Develop documentation, such as SOPs, process flows, and user journey maps. - Support workstream leads in successful implementation and change management efforts. - Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements. - Maintain daily logs and draw tactical insights for interventions. Requirements: - Experience in driving sales operations or business operations in B2B services organizations. - Business consulting experience or dealing with unstructured situations and applying first principles thinking for problem-solving. - 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a finance background or management degree. - Exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills. - Domain knowledge in B2B sales processes, sales productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Contracting tools).
