About the Role: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing recruitment strategies for high-volume tech and sales roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical and non-technical positions, excellent communication skills (English & Spanish), and the ability to engage with both local and international talent. This role requires a high level of professionalism, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the capacity to manage a large volume of candidates across multiple job requisitions. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, with a focus on tech and sales positions. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies. - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match skills to job requirements. - Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. - Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System. - Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive transition for new hires. - Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline for future hiring needs. - Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance, identify trends, and make data-driven improvements. - Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations to ensure effective recruitment strategies. Requirements: - Fluent in English (C1 level or higher). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. - Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the tech or services industries. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. - Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. - A proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving and talent acquisition. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with global recruiting practices and ability to manage cross-border hiring.
