Job Description: The Strategic Accounts team at HubSpot is responsible for managing high-touch customer relationships. As a Principal Contract Manager, you will be part of this team and work closely with our highest-paying customers to help them achieve extraordinary growth through education, business consulting, and exceptional customer experience. - Negotiate value-driven contract renewals and changes while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. - Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to drive account growth and identify incremental opportunities. - Work closely with Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Management teams to execute the contract renewal process and deliver a positive experience for the customer. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a passion for creating a great customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, mentor less experienced colleagues, and support strategic initiatives within the Contract Management and Customer Success team. Responsibilities: - Manage customer contracts and handle inquiries and renewals. - Negotiate value-driven contract renewals and changes. - Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to drive account growth. - Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the contract renewal process. - Contribute to forecasting, process improvements, and mentoring less experienced colleagues. - Support strategic initiatives within the Contract Management and Customer Success team.
