Purpose This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining systems (software and hardware computing infrastructure) supporting IDEMIA's processes and operations. Key Missions Ingeniero Infraestructura nivel 3 Su responsabilidad principal es asegurar la correcta instalación, configuración y puesta en marcha del sistema de información que hacen parte de las soluciones instaladas en los clientes según su área de especialización, así como el análisis, solución y seguimiento de los casos escalados al nivel de soporte 3. Asegurar la calidad de los entregables, el tiempo de entrega y los costos asociados a todas las personalizaciones, integraciones, despliegues y actividades de soporte. Seguimiento de los incidentes verificando que estos sean resueltos dentro de los términos definidos, identificando los puntos bloqueantes y buscar soluciones que permitan cumplir con los SLA's definidos para el proyecto. Realizar la instalación, configuración y documentación de los sistemas de información para los proyectos en desarrollo o en fase de garantía y mantenimiento.
